Codex Vaticanus
Overview
The other great 4th century Greek Bible, cataloged in the Vatican Library by 1475 and prized as perhaps the oldest near-complete New Testament. Written in elegant uncials on fine parchment, it lacks the later ending of Mark and other passages beloved of the King James tradition.
